If your visa application is denied due to an error made by GoVisa during the application process, we will refund your GoVisa service fee in full. We stand behind the quality of our work.
You may be eligible for a refund of the GoVisa service fee in the following situations:
Government fees are never refundable through GoVisa, as these are paid directly to the issuing authority. Additionally, our service fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the government.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Email support@govisa.com with your application reference number, the email used during application, and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional information if needed.
You will receive an email with our decision. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. GoVisa will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. This may apply when you cancel an application that is already partially processed, or when there are extenuating circumstances not covered by the standard policy.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting GoVisa may delay resolution and could result in your account being restricted from future services.
