By accessing or using the GoVisa website ("Site") and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

GoVisa provides an online platform that assists travelers with the preparation and submission of travel authorization applications, including but not limited to ESTAs, eTAs, eVisas, and other electronic travel documents. GoVisa is a private company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government entity. Our service fee is separate from and in addition to any government-imposed application fees.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are submitting an application on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the legal guardian or have proper authorization.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all application forms.
• Verify all information before submission, including passport details, personal information, and travel dates.
• Not use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Not submit applications using stolen or fraudulent identity documents.
• Be solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

GoVisa is not responsible for application rejections or delays resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the user.

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees consist of two components:

• GoVisa Service Fee: A non-refundable processing fee for our assistance in preparing and submitting your application. This fee covers our professional review, error checking, and customer support.
• Government Fee: The official fee charged by the relevant government authority for processing your travel authorization. This fee is collected on behalf of the government and is non-refundable.

All fees are displayed clearly before payment. By completing payment, you authorize GoVisa to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method.

6. Processing Times

Processing times displayed on our Site are estimates based on historical data and are not guaranteed. Actual processing times depend on the relevant government authority and may vary. GoVisa is not responsible for delays caused by government agencies, incomplete applications, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

GoVisa does not guarantee the approval of any travel authorization application. The decision to approve or deny an application rests solely with the relevant government authority. Our 99.7% approval rate is based on historical data and does not constitute a guarantee for individual applications.

8. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds. In general, our service fee is non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the government authority. Government fees are never refundable through GoVisa.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the GoVisa website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GoVisa and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoVisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost profits, travel expenses, missed flights, or accommodation costs resulting from visa delays or denials.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount of the service fee paid by you for the specific application in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoVisa, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Modifications to Terms

GoVisa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
